Anatomy. Vertical block Tabs rail (span 3) beside the form panes (span 9), a Row stacks that puts the rail above the panes once the section is sm wide or narrower; an edited field keeps its text and focus across the switch. The General pane holds the workspace Inputs and timezone Select; the Notifications pane holds the Switch list. Editing anything surfaces the save bar; Discard resets to the saved baseline, Save commits it with a toast, and the bar hides again.
